Professional Background:    Semi-retired attorney.  During my career, I have practiced in private law firms, and as in-house counsel, and have taught business and commercial law at the university level.   Currently, I prepare and conduct employment law seminars and diversity training classes for corporate clients through N. Darlene Walker and Associates, a human resources consulting firm based in Houston, Texas.
